Welcome to De Experience ("Vertex Crib", "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile app, website, and property rental services.

To use our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent if aged 16-17.
• You possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• All registration and profile details submitted are true, accurate, and kept up to date.

To protect landlords, agents, and tenants, De Experience enforces identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC):

When using De Experience, you agree NOT to:

• Post fake, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent property listings.
• Solicit offline payments outside our authorized, escrow-secured payment gateways.
• Harass, discriminate against, or defraud landlords, agents, or prospective tenants.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or breach platform security systems.

Landlords and property managers who list apartments, student lodges, lands, or estates agree to:

• Accuracy: Provide genuine photos, correct pricing, transparent fee breakdowns (e.g., caution fees, legal fees), and accurate location details.
• Ownership Rights: Warrant that they possess lawful title or delegated authority to let/sell the listed property.
• Availability: Update property status promptly once rented or taken off the market.

Tenants seeking student lodges or residential properties acknowledge that:

• Viewing requests and bookings are subject to landlord confirmation and verification.
• Rental agreements entered into are binding between the tenant and landlord.
• Tenants must respect property rules, community guidelines, and payment schedules set forth in their tenancy agreement.

De Experience facilitates payment processing through encrypted third-party payment gateways:

All logos, branding, platform code, custom designs, and database structures belong exclusively to De Experience. Users retain ownership of photos uploaded in listing descriptions but grant De Experience a worldwide license to host, display, and promote those images on the platform.

De Experience provides the platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we perform verification and moderation checks:

• We do not guarantee that listings will remain uninterrupted or completely error-free.
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from disputes between landlords and tenants.
• Users are advised to perform due physical inspection before executing long-term tenancy contracts.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails identity verification checks, without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to the platform shall first undergo amicable mediation before escalation to competent courts of jurisdiction.
